Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Returns may not be accepted for products that are used, washed, damaged, or altered.
• If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number.
• For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method after cancellation is confirmed.
• Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled; they will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
